You can also copy video footage from a VCR, camcorder or DVD player to your hard drive, and even capture high-quality still images from video.

You can archive your recordings to CD and DVD, thanks to the built-in disc burning capabilities. Create anthologies of your favourite TV series and collections of sports highlights. It’s also perfect for protecting precious video memories—just copy your old video tape footage to the hard drive and burn it to disc.

You can watch TV shows in full-screen mode or in a moveable, scaleable window, which lets you enjoy TV while you use other applications. You can watch programmes broadcast in 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios. PCTV USB2 features real time de-interlacing and a digital noise-killer for best-in-class video quality. Other features include automatic channel scanning and a multi-channel preview grid, which lets you channel hop using a matrix of all available channels.
